If you followed our trip across the US last year, you are aware that I was having a lot of problem and pain with my right hip.
Well, it has all boiled down to arthritis and today I am having a new hip put in. I will go "under the knife at 12:30 today and be in hospital about 3 days. As soon as I am able I will send out another newsletter and let you know how I am.
I am sure this will not be near as exciting as last year's trip but it is definately an adventure for me.
