well we made it back to Lima and after a great couple of days, we are at the airport once again....
in an hour or so we jump on the first of the long series of flights to make our way back to NZ. first a 4hr one to Santiago, Chile then the big one to Auckand and then two short ones to Christchurch and finally back to Queenstown. even the check in lady said, wow thats a long flight! we arrive home in like 3 days of constant travel.... i just cant wait!
our Peru adventure has been amazing, beyond expectations. there are so many stories to be told. i cant wait to get home and start writing them out and posting all of the photos (well maybe not all, we are at about 800 pictures so far) so there will be more updates and many blanks will be filled in....
but until then have fun out there and remember tomorrow night when you are having dinner we are still on the plane, and when you wake up the day after that, we are still on the plane....
