We woke to a grey, dreary, foggy morning. We could barely see the river and decided there was no sense dilly dallying around so we got ready to go and hit the road early.
We planned about 300 miles which would get us to Sallisaw, OK. Traffic was light and we finally found the sunshine just a little west of Little Rock.
We pulled into the campground in Sallisaw earlier than expected so we had a relaxing afternoon. When we’re destination bound, we don’t even bother disconnecting the Jeep on overnight stops. We had plenty of leftovers so there was no need to go anywhere.
