We rejoined US95 and another two days brought us 359 miles to Yuma, Arizona. Along the way we stopped for the night at a highway pull-off just outside of Needles, California.
In Yuma we stayed at the Encore Suni-Sands RV Resort were we enjoyed the swimming pool. Our purpose in stopping in Yuma was to make a short side trip to Algodones, Mexico. Joan needed new prescription sunglasses and wanted to get her teeth cleaned. We arrived in Algodones about 10:00 AM and by 1:00 PM Joan had completed her eye exam, received her new glasses, got her teeth cleaned and we both had shrimp and beef tacos for lunch. And all of that for $120.00.
