After leaving Elk we started heading towards Sacramento where we will begin our trip east on US 50. We stopped the first night at a Cummins service location so we could get our yearly engine service. We took US 395 south through Washington and Oregon, stopping overnight at a Wal-Mart and then a rest area in Burns, Oregon. The Oregon section of US 395 is a beautiful highway. Great mountain driving.
In the month of June we put 531 miles on the motorhome and 994 miles on the Jeep.
