We only spent two nights in Ocean City. It is a boardwalk community that falls between the tawdry atmosphere of Atlantic City and the more upscale areas of Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach.
The campground was a nice enough campground but it was not convenient to the boardwalk and had a "beach" that was a small patch of shipped in sand on a river. Nevertheless we would have stayed here for another week - if the campground had been willing to deal. I offered them $25 per night for an additional week, but they didn't feel they could take that deal. I found this strange since we were the only RVers in the campground that had 150 sites. But that was their decision!
So, we are off to Virginia Beach!
