We decided to top off fuel in Youngstown, OH since prices are escalating the further east we go...$2.529 here.
We were relieved to find the roads much better in Western Pennsylvania and lots of construction projects were going on for further improvements. The rain is following us so we stopped in Bellafonte at a KOA; heavily wooded, yet amazingly we were able to get a satellite signal.
We are going to have a down-day tomorrow to catch up on household chores, rest, etc. and wait out the thunderstorms that are headed this way. Then, our target for Wednesday is Newburgh, NY and we'll stay there a few days.
We ran out for supper at Buckhorn Family Restaurant and had some of the worst food and service we've seen in a while; we should have stayed home and had leftovers.
Well, the rain has found us so I'm going to upload this before the satellite drops off.
Tune in again on Wednesday and, hopefully, we'll be in Newburgh.
