We slept really well and awakened early. We were anxious to bail Foxy out of the kennel. We stopped for breakfast, picked Foxy up (was she ever glad to see us), and collected the mail; nothing exciting there.

Joe started chores in preparation for our trip next week. I tackled the mountain of laundry. By the end of the day, we had overtaken all the chores and we went to Applebee's for dinner. Wal-Mart was the next stop to provision some groceries. When we go to Ireland, we strive to have the refrigerator as empty as possible so we had nothing, literally, to eat until we shopped.

So, we're back into our own routine and looking forward to our summer trip east.
