Ninety-four miles brought us to another of our RV club's campgrounds, The Resort in Wauchula, Florida. Along the way we ate at a 4 star Mexican restaurant called La Frontera (712 E. Broadway, Fort Meade, FL, 863-285-7987). Delicious pork burritos.
During our stay we went to the clubhouse for their New Year's Eve celebration. As usual Ken made it to bed by 10:00 PM and Joan woke him up at midnight to make sure he did not miss the NY ball's descent. The weather was pretty nice so Joan got some swimming in at the campground pool. Ken watched a lot of football.
We put 389 miles on the house and 353 miles on the Jeep in December.

We finished up our stay at The Resort in Wauchula, Florida. Our time was spent relaxing at the pool, checking out some local restaurants (none of them exceptional), visiting the town of Sebring and having a hot dog lunch at the clubhouse.
