A 159 miles (IR7, US191) brought us to Taylor, Arizona to visit our friends Ted and Joni LeBlanc. Along the way we stopped at the Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site. Hubbell started trading in this area in 1876 and the post is still in the business of selling Indian blankets and jewelry. Also along the way we stopped at another 4-star Mexican restaurant called Aliberto’s (Navajo Blvd. in Holbrook, Arizona). Aliberto’s is a fast-food place with good green chili burritos.

We spent the evening visiting with Ted and Joni. Not only did they provide a driveway for us to park our house, they also fed us a taco salad for dinner.
