Yesterday was a power shopping day. For two days we looked at all the things the venders were showing and this time we came to buy. Bill had his list and I had mine. His consisted of things like floor mats, sun screen for our awning (we have a blue one but it doesn’t match our new one so will sell that), filters and stuff like that. I went back to our friend’s Nick and Terry Russell’s booth and bought a cd on all different places to camp either and then purchased a bunch of easy care clothes that I love to wear when we are on the road. I also went back to the 3-G store and talked some more with EVDO Alex. Many of you on the Escapee’s and MOC forum’s are familiar with Alex and all the help he has given us with internet on the road. This time Alex gave us 3-G hats and was able to find a replacement for an amplifier that got broken. The President of the company was also there; young, good looking and smart as heck. What more could you want? Maureen was there too. Maureen is the phone expert and anyone interested in new cell phones can find out everything they need by calling Maureen or going to their website at 3Gstore.com . What a nice team.

After leaving the Expo Center with all our goodies, we checked out different campgrounds that we want to move to tomorrow when the show is over. We found the one we will move to while waiting to have some things taken care of. We were also looking for a place to fill our propane tanks but when we got there, they were closed on Sunday. Since it was right next door to Camping World we went there instead and found a couple of things that they didn’t bring to the show that we needed. We got home just in time for a quick clean up and it was time to go out to dinner. It was my choice as to where and I chose a real nice seafood restaurant that was wonderful. I had lobster… Um um good. Bill even ordered an appetizer of Prince Edward Island mussels. It brought back a lot of memories when we all were in PEI last year and saw them growing.

Today is the last day of the rally and guess what? We’re not going anywhere near it. We plan on spending the day at Old Town Albuquerque (I finally remembered how to spell it) and tonight we are going to a very special place for dinner.

I’ll leave you with a few pictures. The night glow is borrowed from another blog on the Class of ’07 website. Later…..
