In 56 miles we were at the Dream Catcher RV park in Deming, New Mexico (another club park). After parking the house we drove about 60 miles to Silver City, New Mexico. Again we walked around town and checked out the art galleries. And again we ate at a 4 star restaurant, this one called Jalisco Café (103 S Bullard (historic district), Silver City, New Mexico, 505-388-2060). Their New Mexico enchilada was excellent but the chili relleno was not as good as it was on a prior visit. On the way back from Silver City we stopped at the City of Rocks State Park. The park’s attraction is their impressive rock garden. After a volcanic eruption, water and wind erosion created this garden with rock pillars over 20 feet tall (unfortunately we forgot the camera). We hiked the trail that goes through the rocks before driving back to Deming.
