Living Our Dream

Doug & JoAnn travel blog
Welcome to our dream. Let us share it with you.
A little about us:
JoAnn is a retired Unity Minister having served in Panama City Florida as the senior minister of Unity of Panama City. Doug had a career as a stock broker and spent some time as a social worker after he moved to Panama City. He met JoAnn at the church. Neither of us were looking for a relationship but the Universe had other ideas. We have been together for 10 years and hope for many more. We started traveling in 2000 in a Lance slide on truck camper. We have traveled in every state but Wisconsin and Minnesota, every province and Territory in Canada, and 4 Mexican states. Finally a repairman said "you've about worn this thing out." In 2006 we purchased a 32 ft Montana 5th wheel and chose to put our property up for rent and go 'full time.' We travel with a 70 lb standard poodle named Fillmore.
We have a home-based business with Nikken, the worlds largest total wellness company. We also offer a 37 minute guided meditation CD that JoAnn made at the behest of her congregation after her retirement. It is designed to help people who want to meditate. Contact us for more information on both.
Doug is a member of a 12th step program and attends meetings all over the country. Our interests lie in spirituality, in healing, and in history. That is our motivation for touring this fantastically beautiful continent: to feel the spiritual nature of an area, to heal ourselves and to learn. We are most 'at home' when we are traveling together. This lifestyle is exciting, educational, fun, and very social as we meet people from all over. This is why we write the blog, to share our dream and this experience.
