Ahh..yes I'm here...I need to whinge or vent...
I got out of bed at 5:30am to catch a 7am flight to Toronto. I arrived nice and early. I was in line for the Air Canada flight by 6:15am. I was also in the Express e-ticket line...for almost 10minutes before I realised that on the other side of the construction zone was another (presumably non-express check-in). Very small signs meant that I didnt notice I had a decision to make...
Anyway, at around 6:25am I go to the correct check-in and get to the counter at 6:34am to be told the flight has closed. They close the flights 30min prior. No buts...So I'm bumped to the next flight an hr and half later...which sat on the tarmac for 15minutes. And when I arrived at Toronto, the baggage didn't come out for 25min after I dawdled down to baggage claim! Not happy Jan!! And remember that I was flying against the clock so instead of arriving at 2:30pm and having some day to do something, I arrived at the hotel by around 5:15pm...
And last whinge, I think the bad pillow at the previous hostel has done something to my neck which causes a sharp sudden pain in the back right of my skull every few minutes...
