camp'n at Cob Cottage - Molesworth Station

We woke up to a fairly cold morning. Luckily the camp site we were staying at had refreshing fresh water showers. We moved on to the Molesworth Station. Our view was full of beautiful purple flowers. Our first stop was at a Acheron House. It was extremely old like stepping through time. We hit the road again, going over more bridges, cattle stops and fords. Finally we arrived at Cob Cottage where we camped for the night beside a nice flowing stream. There was only a drop toilet, so we had to use the stream to wash and for cooking water etc.....

My cousin James stupidly thought that he could jump the river and climb up the other side. When he was on the other side he halariously slipped still eating his sandwich and splashed into the ankle deep river and got soaking wet. Dad has nicknamed him flounder.
