On Wednesday, we drove from McKean, PA to Niagara Falls, NY. We tried to make a sidetrip visit to the Chautauqua Institute, but it wasn’t very welcoming to us or our vehicle; so we moved on. When we arrived at the Falls Wednesday afternoon, the weather was beautiful … a lucky day for picture-taking. Thursday was dreary and would have been a disappointment for photos; it was just right for us, though … we went for a run on the trail along the American Rapids.
