Hi Y'all, we've arrived here at the Toronto West KOA in Campbellville, Ontario.
We've already called Rita's sister Terry to see when we could drop in to see them. Uncle Ross has not been a very well man for the past while and he suffered a fall down the stairs so the next couple of days are filled with Dr's appointments. Terry sounds so tired on the phone that I asked if we could go down this evening, not stay too long so that we do not stress Ross. She agreed very quickly, so we shall drive there after supper. We're only 35 Kms from their place in Stoney Creek.
As you can see we are not too far from all so will in the next day or so try to formulate a plan to see as many as possible. We have discovered that we are not as good traveling as we used to be and are very tired so not too good in the thinking department as we normally are. Things will come back.
We spent last night in Susan and Michele's front driveway. They treated us like Royalty and Michele produced the most delicious chicken thighs that we have ever eaten. Then we spent the rest of the evening playing cards. We taught Michele how to play Queen of Spades and she really learned quickly because we almost beat Susan and Rita. We had them right until the last hand!
After a Pancake Breakfast by Susan we saddled up and came up here to the Hamilton area.
We had a hard time passing the Tim Horton joints but we only stopped once. , HeyU even discovered that he likes Tim Bits........go figure.
Well shall go for now, just wanted to let you know we were OK to this point of our journey home.
