The birthday banner for the Geelong Football Club team

The team for today - just before the start

At the footy with Sarah and her friend Carly - I am...

The usual patting after a good goal!

Today, Rob and I did different things for the day. Rob went with Shannon, Annalei and Stew to the beach. Ben and I, met Sarah and Josh at Geelong, and went to the Geelong vs Melbourne football match!

As a keen Geelong member and supporter, I enjoyed my first and probably only game for the year, that I will get to.

As it turned out, Geelong Football Club was celebrating it's 150th birthday celebration and everyone was given a poncho to wear and keep (if you wanted). It was handy for those who didn't have a raincoat as it rained for about 5 mins.

The game was quite good, as Geelong won, and nothing nasty or bad happened in the game. Most of the Geelong well-known players were back from injury - so it was good to see them all playing.

Rob had a good day at the beach with the others, as they had Bella (Shannon's basset hound puppy), who kept them entertained. There are no photos of the beach as I had the camera at the football.

Tomorrow we are all going to Queenscliff for a look see, and then to stay at Clifton Springs with Sarah and Josh for a few days.

Just a few footy photos today - enjoy.
