I'm leaving in 4 days. As of this morning I had pretty much an apartment full of furniture. It's crunch time!!
Today was a big moving day. I sold the couch and pretty much everything I had to sit on, so as I write this I am laying on the floor. I can't wait to be done with selling, it is hard to let go of all your creature comforts! Somehow this place is much less inviting now!
Yesterday was a big day. I had an official going away party! I was surprised by how many people showed up. Guess they wanted to see if I was really going through with it. Actually, it was a very touching day, And I will not soon forget the great friends that were there to lend there support to my adventure. And a special thanks to Kenny and Roni for throwing the party!! You guys are the best. And don't worry Roni, one day the Three Musketeers will ride again!!
Well, for the next few days it will be a mad dash to get everything done. I am so looking forward to sitting at the airport waiting for my flight with nothing to do but read a book... 4 DAYS!!!
