It is great to get messages from you all, they are great to read and I am glad you are getting some enjoyment out of reading my updates and seeing some of my photos.

Well yesterday I went to Phi Phi Island - Maya Bay (where the famous movie The Beach was made by Leonardo Di Caprio), it was beautiful, I have never seen water with such magnificent colour only on postcards...I don't think Australia can even match it!! But it is very touristy which is such a shame as I think in years to come this place will be damaged with the amount of tourists coming through. I met an Australian couple on my tour (newly weds) they are from Brissy, I can tell you it was such a relief to be able to have some conversation with some other Aussies. They were awesome!! Hopefully we will catch up again before I go!!

Well unbelieveable...bad day for me today....got a bit of gastro. Funny I survived Bangkok without getting it, but come to Phuket and thank you very much...and I have been way careful...so not sure how I have got it....and do you know the feeling when you are somewhere...there are no toilets around...the main shopping centre was closed didn't open until 11.00am and guess where the toilets are???? Behind the locked doors....grrrr. It is way hot today...not sure of the temperature...but I thought they said it was going to get cooler...I think it is getting hotter.
