Arriving 4 hours before the flight because of the Ballarat Shuttlebus timetable meant that we had lots of time to explore the tax-free haven. ... We spent the night in Port Campbell and instead of driving back to Melbourne via the coast we headed inland via the town of Ballarat where we spent another night. ...
