I was sitting on the steps in front of Keleti train station in Budapest, my baggage at my feet, not a forint in my pocket, after missing the train I'd aimed to get to Prague to had left. ... We chatted and chatted and I found out she was also heading to Prague, but had plans to take the night train and arrive in town at 3:30am - I talked her out of this and we were suddenly taking the same train. ...
