TORINO, well what can we say after no snow for christmas, we were looking forward to an exciting and fun filled new years. While we were waiting in line to visit the Mole Antonelli (the tallest builing in Torino with a cool glass lift), we found out that the New Years Eve celebrations would be cancelled as there had been a death from a factory accident. ... Other than New Year, Torino is a pretty nice town. ... I catch the bus from the airport to the train station where I am meeting Stefania Pernoila who is the person that has helped me with lodging. I am renting her mothers apartment in central Torino. ...
