Jan 17, 2006 - Arthurs Pass

Well we drove over the really high bit of the Zealand road network, and it wasn't too bad, but our poor Honda Civic could only manage 2nd gear up the final bit, but it was actually really steep! There were warning signs on our approach to Arthurs Pass saying that it wasn't recommended for cars with trailers because of the steep and winding roads.Well we drove over the really high bit of the Zealand road network, and it wasn't too bad, but our poor Honda Civic could only manage 2nd gear up the final bit, but it was actually really steep!
