Apr 22, 2009 - Auckland, and out

Well, no luck with the weather in Pahia. With all this time on my hands, waiting in vain for the weather to clear, I've also managed to finish reading the book I had started on the plane from Toronto! This morning I took the bus to Auckland, and spent the rest of the day preparing to leave the country tomorrow for the Cook Islands, nice tropical South Pacific islands. ... Yeah! I suspect the internet will be pretty slow from there and internet cafes few and far between so I may not be able to update this journal for the next two weeks.Well, no luck with the weather in Pahia. La nuit a ete courte! J'ai eu de la misere a m'endormir parce qu'on entendait le monde faire le party au bar d'a cote et a 2 heures du matin, l'alarme de feu a sonne et on a du sortir. Le dimanche de Paques, j'ai passe toute la journee dans l'autobus pour me rendre a Auckland, j'en ai donc profite pour recuperer le sommeil perdu. ... Le lendemain matin, on a admire la ville d'Auckland du haut d'un volcan, le mont Eden. ... Puis, on s'est dirige vers Hahei.La nuit a ete courte!
