Chris says…… . We arrived in Manchester a half hour early which was a good thing. ... The bad thing was that Manchester airport is such a busy place that there wasn’t a parking spot for the plane so we had to sit on the runway for the half hour until our parking spot was open. ... Having decided that a ‘round the world’ ticket was the only way to go, we ended up with a Swiss Airline product. The only difficulty was that the time taken to our destination was incredibly long having to go to Zurich, wait for a plane to Manchester and then wait to catch a number of trains to finally end up in Edinburgh. ...
