October 27 – 30 As we crossed the border into California, we were greeted by a border crossing similar to that of the USA/Canada border. Next morning we stopped in Sacramento to replenish supplies, and felt as if we had just been transported to a much more southern area. ... We are now located on the street in front of Ryen and Natalie's house in Sacramento after a nearly 300 mile drive yesterday thru occasional heavy rain and high winds. ... I usually love to drive the Dutch Star, but yesterday it was more of a chore than usual, and I was very happy to arrive at Sacramento. ... Not much news to report and no photos to add.just want to let everyone know that we are leaving Sacramento tomorrow morning and will spend the next 4-6 days traveling through Oregon and Washington to our next campground hosting spot at Fort Ebey State Park on Whidbey Island. ... Hey guys! So here's where I visited: Aptos for retreat Berkeley San Francisco Santa Clara and this weekend: Napa Valley/Sonoma, and Apple Hill! I've been living in Sacramento and this is what I've been doing: Teaching Kindergarten at a private Catholic school in Oak Park. ... I've been teaching things like: The Alphabet Numbers 0-10 so far What makes up Earth, Solids, Liquids, and Gases, Living/Non-Living Things God Loves Us, God Made Us, God Cares for Us, God Made Everyone Good, Noah's Ark, and Creation There is an entry that I will update frequently as it will have funny things that my kids say added anytime they say something funny.Hey guys!
