Sep 28, 2008 - Day 21

Today was a pretty relaxed day, we started with the short drive to Woodbury Common, unfortunatly for us I typed in the wrong Woodbury Common so instead of ending up in upstate New York we found ourselves on Long Island amongst the rich stuck up New Yorkers who at the place we stopped to eat had obviously not seem such tracksiut wearing people as ourselves, so after eating a small but expensive breakfast (we had to pay $25 in tolls to end up in the wrong place) we headed back to the correct Woodbury Common where we spent a few hours shopping at the outlet stores. From here we continued through New York State to Niagara Falls, where we crossed the Canadian border and settled down in our room for the night. ...

Today I took off from Lebanon, NH and took the big rig to get the backup camera fixed and found it was in the tv connection that was loose wobbled all over the place so no fix to that right now. Lisa and Mike arrived at the Buffalo airport at 8:30 PM and by 9:00 we were at the Anchor Bar dinning on original Buffalo Wings. Our whirlwind tour of the American side of Niagara Falls began the next morning driving along the river, the upper rapids, over to Goat Island and viewing the awesome falls. ... Niagara Falls here we come I think? Can I say this started out as the "Day from Hell". ... Niagara Falls was beautiful, the tour guide was excellent, and our dispositions went from hellish to happy and excited again. ... We took the boat, got soaked, walked to the falls, got wet, learned some history, got smarter, and we were both convinced that this had been our best day yet.Niagara Falls here we come I think? We rented our car from Toronto and made the 2 hour drive to Niagara Falls on a very rainy Canadian day. ...
